Few serious suggestions could be heard. Three proposals have been reached  the PSB. After debates, it is expected more new additional one in the upper time. (Belgrade, SRB) - Organized by the Serbian Swimming Federation, in the gala hall of the Satellite Club in Belgrade, the annual PSS ceremony has been held. Milorad Cavic (SC Partizan) among men and Miroslava Najdanovski (SC Novi Sad) on the women side were awarded as the Swimmers of the year in Serbia. (Chartres,FRA) -On the Day-1 of the Chartres 2012, three SRB swimmers earned Semi Finals. Ivan Lendjer in the M 100 fly (52.14 - 8th), Caba Siladji in the M 100 breast (59.44 -13th) and Miroslava Najdanoski in the W100 free (54.98 - 14th). (Zrenjanin, SRB) - According to still unconfirmed news, at the Assembly of the Serbian Swimming Federation, that was finished this evening in the town of Zrenjanin, the  new President of the PSS is elected... Dragan Radosav, B.Sc.Eng, previously President of the Swimming Club Proleter (Zrenjanin) and chief of the marketing board of the PSS, will lead the national federation in the next 4-year period. (London, GBR) - Velimir Stjepanovic Serbian record holder, Youth Olympic medalist - Singapore 2010, European Junior Champion - Belgrade 2011, succeeded to get into Olympic men's 200 fly final. This evening, from the SF group 2, Stjepanovic touched the wall as 4th with the time of 1:55.13... Overall, that time was enough for the 8th position in the SFs (of 16 participants), which provides him the start place for the tomorrow's final (Ph by Reuters).Congratulations from all Belgrade swimming fans !!!!

Milorad Cavic, World Champion (Rome 2009), Olympic medalist (Beijing 2008) and still actual European record holder, with his coach Mike Bottom arrived from the Spain, where he spent last week in the final preparation for the Olympiad. Yesterday in the Olympic village Serbian sports delegation, leaded by Vlade Divac President of the National Olympic Committee arranged the ceremony of the lifting up the national flag. (Belgrade, SRB) - As it is official announced today by the Serbian Swimming Federation, prof. Slobodan Bokanic decided to leave the top position in the SRB swimming sport. Despite he mentioned the moral reasons, the most number of the clubs officials as well as swim persons and fans in Serbia stay in a miracle. (London, GBR) - The Open British Swim Championships 2012 came into the Day-2 end... On Sunady, many respectable times were brought at the London Aquatics Center... Three Serbs took part in the events. In the morning qualification V.Stjepanovic in the M 200 free placed 12 (1:49.74), while S.Sorak touched 39 (1:52.47) of 68 participants. More then 90 competitors from AUT, BUL, HUN, ROU and SRB took part in the events.
