Since he is graduated at the Portage Northern High School, MI (June 2005)
where he was named as the MVS (most valuable swimmer) by winning the SMAC
Conference titles (4 times) also getting twice into Top-10 of the State
Divisional Championships for 2005, Igor Rasula
(1986) has attended
the famous Olivet College, MI and joined OC Men's Swimming Squad. From
the beginning of his freshman season, coached by Mr. Dave Stubbs, Director
of OC Men's & Women's Swimming and Diving Teams, Igor showed all his
potencies especially in 'his' discipline 200 yd. Free, 200 and 400 yd.
Free Relay as well as in 800 yd. Free Relay... From September 2005 to February
2006, in 7 dual meets been held upon the patronage of MIAA (Michigan Intercollegiate
Athletic Association) and 2 Invitational meets (in Hillsdale and Chicago),
Olivet Men's Team defeated all their rivals. And at their last and the
most significant season's event - in the MIAA Swim Championships 2006,
Olivet College climbed to the top. To the proud of OC Men's Swimming and
especially Igor Rasula, this presentation is dedicated to all those
who have helped this young and prospective team to succeed. This is also
the congratulations from Igor's team mates and fans from Swim Star 2000

Nakon uspesnog zavrsetka srednje skole "Portage Norhern" u Michigan-u (Juna
2005) gde je proglasen MVS (najvrednijim plivacem godine, osvajajuci cetiri
titule sampiona SMAC konferencije, kao i 2 puta ulaska u Top-10 na Drzavnom
prvenstvu za 2005. godinu), Igor Rasula (1986) upisao se na slavni
Olivet College i prikljucio njihovom Olivet muskom plivackom pogonu. Vec
na pocetku njegove prve godine, pod dirigentskom palicom G-dina Dave Stubbs-a,
Direktora muskog i zenskog OC plivackog tima, Igor je pokazao sve svoje
mogucnosti, a posebno u "njegovim" disciplinama 200 yd. kraul, u stafetama
4x50 yd. i 4 x 100 yd. kraul, te 4 x 200 yd. kraul. Od septembra 2005.
do februara 2006 u sedam dual meceva pod patronatom MIAA (Michigen Sportske
Asociajacije), kao i u 2 pozivna mitinga (u gradovimma Hillsdale i Chicago),
Olivet muski tim je odneo asolutno sve pobede. A na njihovom poslednjem
i najvaznijem nastupu - na Prvenstvu MIAA konferencije 2006, Olivet tim
je dosao i do titule Sampiona. Na ponos svih clanova Olivet-a, a posebno
Igora, ova prezentacija je namenjena svima koji su ovom mladom i perspektivnom
timu pomogli da dosegne do svog najvecih visina. Ovo je i iskrena cestitka
od svih Igorovih prijatelja iz PK Swim Star-a iz Beograda. |
