The complex opened its doors for the public in 2006, and has a 50-meter competition pool, a 25-meter training pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and an outdoor pool filled with thermal water. One of the greatest  features of the facility is its ability to transform its 50-meter pool into a 25-meter or 33-meter long pool – using retractable moving walls, hence making it suitable to host short-course swimming championships.
