Belgrade 2009 started today with the glamorous opening defile in Belgrade
in the afternoon that has been routed from 'Belvile' Universiade village
to the Belgrade Arena with more then 7,500 athletes delegates and officials
from all continents (144 nations). The opening ceremony in Arena is expecting
this evening...
The jubilee
25th Summer Universiade, upon the patronage of FISU, is this year's biggest
event in the world, as well as the biggest sports festival ever organized
in Belgrade and Serbia. Swim Star Web Portal as it is already accrediated
by the UB2009 press center will cover the sport of swimming (being held
at the famous Tasmajdan swim and water polo center in Belgrade).

Cup 2009 - at the Tasmajdan in Belgrade...
(Belgrade, SRB) - Among various
worthy swimming, water polo and diving manifestations, to remain you also
on the EYOF 2007, the European Junior Swim Championships 2008, the famous
Tasmajdan aquatic center in Belgrade is hosting this weekend another international
swim meet - Comen Cup 2009 which gathers athletes from 14 countries...
193 competitors
overall from 14 countries (ALB, BEL, BiH, BUL, CYP, FRA, GRE, ISR, ITA,
FYROM, MNE, SLO, SRB and TUR) have a great pleasure to compete and earn
